Invoice sold by name is incorrect
Hello
I was having a look and opened one of the invoices on an order. Instead of having the business name on the invoice (under “sold by”) it had my personal name? Just wondering how I would go about getting that corrected?
Hope you can help, thank you

Just thought I’d close this off - for anyone else that has this issue in the future. So I must’ve created a personal account, individual account - and upgraded to the professional account, without changing the legal entity - hence why I was having the issue. However, I do think that Seller Central could be easier to manage if it displayed the legal entity and allowed for changes - subject to their approval of course.
Anyway, I ended up emailing seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk on Thursday night, and by Friday morning my account was suspended - I immediately provided the verification details, and then by Saturday morning (today) the account has been reinstated. Overall, it could have been worse, so pretty pleased with the response.
Advice for others - get this right early on!
Thank you for the assistance everyone.

are you registered on Amazon as a private seller or business / sole trader ?

Settings>account info>business info>identitty info
The info on here is then replicated into the vat calculation service area, and that is in turn what is shown under the sold by section of your invoices.
If this section doesn’t have your limited company name it would suggest that it’s not been completed properly? If that is the case just a heads up that when you correct it it will trigger re-verification.
