Duplicate listings?
We recently got hit with a duplicate listing violation.
Upon investigation I am finding that a brand we sell now has a ton of duplicates that I can not make sense of.. when the listings were created years ago on our end there was only one listing, but now it looks like quite a mess and we are concerned we will be hit with more violations for this error.
How could all these duplicates suddenly be on amazon and is there a way to safe guard from this issue?
Is there even a way for me to fix this?

Hello @Seller_BVHmvnt9foaXY
Thank you for the information provided regarding the concerns with the listings that you have on the platform. I understand one of your listings was pulled down for being a duplicate. We would advise to ensure that when reviewing the information and listing that the product matches all of the information the is accurate to the brand and details of the product.
How do you currently ensure that you are listing on the correct ASIN? If you see any ASINs that are obvious duplicates, we would advise reporting them for our team to review. Our team will investigate the situation and take the appropriate action.
We do encourage you to refer to this thread for any future questions or updates that you have regarding this situation.
Best,

Hello @Seller_BVHmvnt9foaXY,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
So you are aware, duplicate ASIN identification and occur at any point the violation is identified.
If you feel that this was in error, we will require proof on how your specific listing complies with our policy. This includes different attributes that qualify it to have it's own detail page.
If we are unable to confirm the listing complies with this policy, the listing may not be eligible to be reactivated.
Have you created a case or contacted our seller support teams to verify when your listing was created? Any listing created after the original would be identified as a duplicate, thus if they are able to advise on proof of compliance, you could use this to help dispute the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
