All of my listings are no longer Featured Offer Elligible
As of today, none my listings are no longer Featured Offer Eligible, but my account health is HEALTHY. I was hoping someone from amazon can look more in detail as to what is the root cause as to why this is happening and to make sure this isn't some kind of glitch. Can someone please assist with this? Thank you

The only thing that may be affecting the eligibility, that I see on your account currently, would be the On-Time Delivery Rate. To understand more about this metric please review this information: Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR)
The OTDR is a relatively new metric and you may not have everything set up to correctly. This requires Shipping Settings Automation (SSA), Automated handling time and Amazon Buy Shipping set up to work correctly.
