A+ / EBC Content taking over 7 Days For Approval - Your content contains specific words that may be cause for rejection.
Hi there,
I've created 6 EBC/A+ content and had only 4 immediately approved. The other two had this after I tried to submit them "Your content contains specific words that may be cause for rejection. You may still submit the content. However, it may be rejected if the specific words are deemed invalid."
I waited over 12 days and no response.
I figured that some of them had the word "ALL..." which could be the red flag and resubmitted them today. They are still having the same error as last time. Not really sure what to do here.
Would love some guidance.

My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and I would be happy to take a look at what might be going on. Do you have a case ID that you can provide that will help me review?
Based on what you provided here, this type of error/alert usually refers to any pesticide type claims (like antimicrobial or kills germs) or mentions of a brand or logo that you do not have specific approval for (or haven't provided).
Happy to take a closer look though if you have a case ID or anything else I can use to reference.
