UPS no longer delivering to Post Office Boxes/Suites?
We have had tracking on 2 return packages that read "out for delivery" then followed by "returned to sender." Our return address is the street address of our post office with a suite number. This has worked fine for several years. Has UPS policy changed, or has a local UPS driver made an error? If a policy change, I guess we will have to put our actual home address out there - do not want to do that - or maybe a box at a UPS store? Has anyone else had this issue. Do you think we could succeed with a safe-t claim for these orders?
