My Amazon Account has been suspended a few months ago and since then I am trying to reactivate it but without success. I reached out Amazon Payments and I requested the disbursment of my funds (over £10K) and they finally scheduled an identity verification video call in order to make a decision. I waited over a month for the meeting which was today and when I joined the meeting the organiser of the meeting said she recieved an email today that she is no longer responsible for the meeting and someone else should email me or call me today for the verification and that I should leave the meeting. I have waited and emailed her and amazon many times but no response so far, I also tried joining the meeting again but she does not join. Does it sound like they are trying to cover it as I have been told if I fail to attend the meeting they will withheld all my funds.
