Amazon blocked 41 listings for 37 days! How to find justice??
We are the manufacturerof organic snacks based in Florida, USA. Our company produced New branded snacks by Awsum Organics, created listings, and started sales. But after a few weeks, 41 listings were blocked for organic claim reasons. We provided all the needed certificates and pictures but received the same answer every time: We received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time. Or: We received your submission and we are currently working with other Amazon teams to reach a resolution on your case. It can take up to 10 business days to conduct the investigation. We will update you once a resolution has been reached.
That is happening from Nov 29, 2023. How to find the right internal team person who will read the certificate and make a decision to unblock the listings? Please give me some advice.
