My account was deactivated due to my British account

Hello,

My account was deactivated due to my British account. I didn't use it, and I accidentally activated it and did not complete the activation process. I forgot about it. I am unable to close it because I cannot pass the payment method verification at the bank.

When I started selling through the Amazon platform, I opened both a business account and a personal account. Both have the same address, phone number, and email. The personal account is linked to the business account. I made a mistake by using different names: R*** and M***. However, I can't change the name on my central seller account because it has been deactivated. As a result, I cannot do anything to fix this, neither in the UK nor in the USA. What should I do now?
