After TRO settlement, our Amazon account still can't withdraw money
Hi,
After TRO settlement, our account still can't withdraw money, we need help!!!
Below is the timeline of my case.
2024.04.25 - Received TRO from the account team
2024.04.29 - Our lawyer negotiated with the right holder
224.05.27 - We signed a settlement agreement with the rights owner
2024.06.07 - The plaintiff successfully withdrew the lawsuit and we received a notice of withdrawal
2024.06.07 - Confirmed with the right holder that they have notified the platform to release our account and ASIN
It has been a month since the right owner withdrew the lawsuit, but our account performance has not been eliminated and we still cannot withdraw money. The company is facing huge financial pressure.
We contacted Amazon many times, and all emails are transfer without any response.
Can we get help here?

These instances are handled strictly from the Rights Owner themselves. I recommend you obtain proof the Rights Owner submitted everything to retract this and send it to Seller Support.
Once that's done, I can take a look and see if there's a path I can escalate to!
