Sale to an Unwanted Marketplace

I’m listed as only selling to the UK however I’ve just had a sale to Norway. (It’s for an extremely large /weighty book that costs £25 to send there tracked. Amazon have allowed me £11. No thanks.)

This is not the first time I’ve had sales to other countries. How do I stop this? And if I cancel the sale to Norway, will that affect my seller status?

You need to go to
Settings - account info - going on holidays and set all but uk to inactive and then

Settings - shipping settings and untick international shipping on all templates

Unfortunately cancellation will affect your account but whether or not its an issue depends on your number of sales

Settings - shipping settings and untick international shipping on all templates

Unfortunately cancellation will affect your account but whether or not its an issue depends on your number of sales
