Can’t Change Legal Entity Country from Canada to US After Tax Update
Hi everyone,
I recently updated my tax information in Seller Central successfully to reflect that my business is now a U.S.-registered LLC. The tax info was accepted and validated.
However, I still cannot update the Legal Entity country from Canada to the United States. The “Country” field in the Business Information section is grayed out and not editable.
I submitted case ID: 18211024011 to Seller Support, but unfortunately, they replied saying they are not the right team to help with this issue - without redirecting me to the correct team. My new case 18220429531.
Now my account shows a warning that I have **limited access to Amazon selling services**, and my payments are currently blocked, but I can't do anything to change it.
Has anyone successfully gone through this transition before? How can I escalate this to the right internal department?
Would appreciate any advice from sellers or moderators who’ve faced this.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. Please know that I'm not a member of Seller Support and don't have the same tools or visibility into your account that they have but wanted to see if you still needed assistance.
From what I can see in looking at your account, it appears your account is fully active, live, and I am not seeing any warnings or notifications within your account for deactivation or blocked payments. Can I ask where you are seeing that on your end or if you can provide screen shot below?
