Connor from Amazon here, I've reviewed your account and see that your identity has been verified, but you still need to add a valid charge method.
However, I see that you are not logged in with your admin credentials, any critical account information can only be modified by the primary account owner so make sure to login with your admin e-mail and password.
If the error screen still appears try the following steps:
