BUYBOX NOT ROTATING AT ALL
Hello,
We have been selling the same listing for almost 2 years. Brand has MAP policy and all the sellers sell for the same price ; however , in the last 2 months especially, only 3 sellers out of 15+ share the buybox and the rest can't make any sales including us. They do not make prime exclusive discounts or extra coupons but they have the buybox ALL THE TIME. It's not about the inventory volume either since I monitor their inventory and we have nearly same amount of goods. Has anyone experienced anything like this ? Any way to avoid it ?

Thank you for using the forums to look for information about a featured offer. Of course, the featured offer appears at the top of the product detail page. Customers can buy the product now or add it to their cart to save for later.
I don't have any more information regarding why the featured offer is not rotating on your product. You may be able to find information around strategy from the video found linked on the help page below.
