FBA: Future Supply Buyable Less than Sent - 1st Shipment
We sent our first shipment to Amazon for FBA last Friday. It was 8 cases of 24 each (192 total) going to 5 different centers. The first shipment has arrived so I was checking to see if it shows in inventory. I noticed in the summary under In-stock Head Start, it shows Future Supply Buyable as 187 instead of 192 that we shipped (there's 0 under the reserved future use category so total is 187). I noticed that this is 5 lower than we sent and we sent to 5 locations. Does Amazon examine/destroy 1 item as part of its check-in process? If so, is this for the first time only or will it happen with every shipment? Or will this issue resolve itself and eventually it should show the full 192 units? Thanks in advance for your help/thoughts.
Note: this is under Manage All Inventory. I just looked under FBA Inventory and it's still listing 192 under "Inventory Overview" FBA. So hoping this will work itself out. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before.
