Amazon Business EU SARL purchasing products, getting refunds but products never returned in to stock

I did notice that all refunded orders where the buyer is Amazon Business EU SARL never get delivered back to stock or reimbursed. Also, some of these orders completely disappeared from the account, and search results show there is even no such order number. This looks rather weird and seems it has been happening very long time.

Has anyone experienced something like this? maybe you have any info from Seller Support regarding this?

It seems stock for £££ thousands had just disappeared.
