GPSR Warnings Still There Despite Submissions - Is There a Bug?
Is anybody else entering the required GPSR manufacturer information etc into EU sites but nothing happens?
When submitting it states that it will be reviewed within 7 days but its not. Some submissions are still "submission pending review" and some have just reset asking for the information again.
We have 600+ warnings on each EU site and despite our efforts none have been resolved.

After multiple attempts Amazon admitted they had a bug on the site. They hope to have it fixed by the end of the month.
Mind you, I had so many different answers, who knows if that is actually correct.

Thank you for your continued patience. I received a response from our compliance teams, and they have reviewed your listings and confirmed that they are missing either product documents or the safety images.
Once the required documents and images are uploaded, they will be validated against the requirements outlined in: General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
