I'll start by stating that we are fully qualified for a shopping cart, 1. Our account is in good health, our shop scores are high, and we always comply with Amazon's policies. 2. Customer reviews and feedback on our products and shop are excellent, and our shop and product ratings are excellent 3. We use FBA tailgate shipping 4. Our products are priced reasonably and have not had any significant price hikes 5. We have, in the past month We have been delivering 3000 pounds per day for the past month. 5.We have more than 3000 pounds of sales per day in the past month, and have enough stock 6. We are a professional seller.

Unfortunately in this case we have suddenly lost the shopping cart for all the products in our shop, I think this is unreasonable and it has a very big impact on our sales, in view of the above we kindly request you to prioritise this matter and assist us in restoring the shopping cart functionality of our shop.
