Account Deactivated with Funds stuck on the account
So after submitting my appeal i received this message from amazon(down below).I had submitted all my invoices and made sure that all of them are what is asked.I had spoken with 10 agents at this point making sure that i am submitting everything thats asked.After submitting the appeal this message got sent back within minutes which sounds like an automated robot message.I have a lot of funds still left on the account from other product sales that ive made,they left a email adres to get in contact about the payments but the email adres does not exist…
Any suggestions?

You can see your balance and settlement information in the “Payments” section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

If your funds have been locked then you would need to send an email to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk after 90 days to ask for the remaining balance.

Thank you for providing the notification and I understand your account is deactivated due authenticity issues and you have submitted your appeal along with invoices but unfortunately it was not accepted.
Please ensure that your submitted invoices meets the invoice requirements as stated in the notification and along with this ensure that the invoices are authentic and unaltered.
The invoices should be from an authorized and verified supplier of the rights/brand owner.
