Today marks Day 6 of one of our core product being removed from Amazon without cause.

We’re a small U.S.-based company and manufacture of health and wellness products.

  • Our products are: FDA-registered NDC-listed
  • Over-the-Counter (OTC) compliant

  • Sold on Amazon for over 5 years without issue

Suddenly, it was flagged as an “unapproved drug” and taken offline—without anyone reaching out first or reviewing our documentation. We've already submitted proof of compliance, yet we were told we’d have to wait 10 business days just for a review.

That wait is costing us over 50% of our monthly revenue. We’ve had to start sending team members home. This delay affects our ability to serve customers, pay our people, and fulfill long-term subscriptions and multi-channel orders.
