One of my products is restricted according to the following criteria

This product has been identified as containing pig skin which is prohibited from listing and sale on Amazon. For further details, please contact Seller Support and refer to the “Category and Product Restrictions” section on the Seller Central help page.

I contacted the seller's central support more than 6 times and provided information that this product is completely plastic. I think they even didn't examine the products by their technicians. Just replay the following message again and again. I also provided the ROHS and the REACH test document to them from the manufacturer. But every time, they will paste a fixed response and send it to me.

We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement.
