I hope you are all well and can offer us some advice before we have to contact Amazon directly.

We have some missing transactions on our disbursement transaction reports and we cannot fathom why.

There are 8 transactions missing from Friday 17th of May. We did a disbursement on the 17th of May at around 4pm, and this has been successfully reported with no problems. The next disbursement done was on Monday 20th of May at around 4pm. The 8 transactions in question were despatched by us on Monday 20th of May, so I gather that these 8 were placed after our 2pm cut off on 17th of May, and were there on the “Dispatch today” list on Monday morning and then despatched.

With this in mind, I have checked our disbursement from 17th of May, and the transactions are not on there. I was expecting this as they were not despatched until 20th May. However, the disbursement done at 4pm on 20th of May, also does not have these 8 transactions on. The statement has the date 17th-20th of May.

We did another disbursement yesterday afternoon, dated 20th-21st of May, in the event they were delayed for some reason and would be on this report, however they are not on this statement either.

I have double checked the orders were not cancelled, there are no A to Z claims and they are not Pay By Invoice orders. I can also search for the order IDs in the REPORTS>PAYMENTS>TRANSACTION VIEW page and they show up there and do not appear to have any issues.

I cannot believe that they would be on an even later disbursement statement, as why would they be? They would either be on the 17th-20th May one, or the 20th-21st of May one.

Has anyone else experienced this? It is as though we are simply not getting the money from these transactions.
