Verification problems

I am at my wits end with Amazon Seller Help and extremely stressed out. I have never experienced such frustration with a company. I have submitted ID, Bank Statements and HMRC UTR letters and I am still not getting verified. In the meantime I am not getting paid. I have spent hours on online chats and emails and nobody seems capable of helping.

Every time I submit the HMRC Letter with UTR they reject it. But they send a basic email saying it has been rejected and to submit one of the following letters. One of which is what I already sent. I then contact Seller Support who cannot help and refer the case to Seller Verification who then email me asking for the HMRC letter. I submit the letter and they reject it. This keeps on going on in circles. Even when someone from some escalation team gets involved all they do is email me asking for the HMRC letter AGAIN !, only for it to be rejected. The letter is in my name as I am a sole trader, the letter is dated March 2024 so within 180 days and is of one of the forms accepted according to the list they provide. My account name and address matches the document provided.

I have never experienced anything like this with other Platforms. What makes it worse I am paying Amazon fees and postage while not receiving a penny from my sales. Please someone at Amazon Help! @Julia_Amazon

is the letter from HMRC specifically called “Confirmation of UTR” not a tax return doc. And has your name and address on which absolutely matches the info on file. Amazon often say they accept some alternatives but don’t in reality.
