Request to remove listings from manufacturer attorney
I purchased 177 units of a product to resell on Amazon, Amazon didn't asked me about letter of authorization or invoices. I sent the products to Amazon for FBA and a few days later I've been contacted throu Amazon customer message by the "athorney of the manufacturer" indicating that I don't have an authorization to resell they product. I went to their website and it looks easy to get a resell authorization for resell on physical store but they don't authorize to resell online. How ever there are other sellers selling this products and SellerAmp doesn't show any alert or IP.
My question is, if I can't get an authorization from manufacturer do I still can sell the products I have in stock untill they sell out or I have to removed them inmediatly.

In Amazon's eyes it is a given that you have invoices and a letter or authorization. They may not ask for it upfront, but they will if there is a complaint against you.
You should try to recall your stock if you still can.
Amazon may hold them without compensation and deactivate your account for offering potential counterfeits.
Do not worry what others do. They may be in big trouble themselves. Or not.
