Remove bamboo clothing

I'm trying to list a hooded towel from Bamboo in the category:

Baby

+Baby Care Products

++Baby Bathing Products

+++Baby Washcloths & Towels

++++Baby Bath & Hooded Towels

And on two occasions Amazon has deleted (ASIN: B0DBB4NQPB, CASE: 15734240781) the listing and sent me the following message:

"This product has been identified as potentially making false claims about fiber content, and improperly references bamboo fibers. The Textile Product Identification Act requires proper display of fiber content for all bamboo textile products. Product must display: 1) Synthetic fiber names (e.g. rayon or viscose), 2) Percentages by weight of each fiber in descending order (e.g. 60% Rayon derived from Bamboo, 40% Cotton), and 3) Import designation (e.g. Made in the U.S.A, Imported or both) For more information, please visit our seller help page: sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/201707090?locale=en-US"

I've already tried to describe the origin and composition of the fibers in the bullet points, but it doesn't work...

I'll have to upload the excel template that they indicate in the message?

s3.amazonaws.com/seller-templates/ff/na/us/Flat.File.AdditionalProductInformation.xls

Thanks

Can you confirm if the new listing (ASIN: B0DCGHYM4G) is OK before sending stock? In it, the bamboo fibers are specified and I have uploaded the article template indicating the origin and the fibers.
