Yet another fraudulent A2Z claim

Yet again I have encountered a customer abusing the A2Z system,

I used to enjoy selling on Amazon but not any more, every day we have to deal with countless claims from people pretending that their order didn't arrive, but this one takes the biscuit

Order ID: 206-9906279-5315507

Customer messaged me stating that they hadn't received the item, I replied informing them that according to the tracking info that they had indeed received it and asked them to check again.

Customer then files an A2Z claim for the reason that their order didn't arrive, however within the A2Z they openly admitted receiving the item leaving the comments "Received about a week late so purchased elsewhere" the also left feedback prior to raising the A2Z with a similar admission of receipt "Received my parcel about a week late, so purchased elsewhere so still want a refund."

Of course my appeal was denied (as usual) and to top it off I receive a policy violation for my communication to the customer. Apparently highlighting to them that something isn't right based on the information that they have provided is threatening...

Amazon is a complete joke there are even YouTube videos out there teaching people how to get free stuff (commit fraud) and how to write their A2Z in order to get a guaranteed refund. The site is full of fraudsters and they are being allowed to get away with it

Dear Amazon Mods @Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Julia_Amzn @Winston_Amazon @Ash_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Abella_Amazon @JiAlex_Amazon
