Add more variation to an existing listing.

Hi!

I am a new seller on amazon. I have a product that only have two options large and small size in one color. I want to add more products but in different options.

for example:

I have an existing listing of the product in grey large and small sizes.

But I want to add more colors options like yellow and black in large and small size.

for the shipping what amazon barcode should I provide? Thank you so much.

You may have created your own problem, Once the listing is created and goes live, Amazon does not like changes to be made. The Amazon bots do not know if the listing has been hacked into or not. Amazon assumes that the listing was created correctly by the seller on the first go-a-round, and blocks changes. Experiences sellers find they have to create a new listing with a new UPC, and delete the inventory from the original. If you are using FBA, that involves recalling all the inventory and relabeling it.

Hello @Seller_qWg9yKv2azcCy- thanks for posting!

You can reference the instructions on this page for updating an existing variation family using the variation wizard tool. Once added, you should be able to generate the correct Amazon barcode using this process.

Let me know if this helps resolve this issue, or if you have other questions on the topic, thanks!
