Brand has been changed on a few of my listings
I am hoping that I can get some help with this issue. I see that several others have had this happen but I did not see a resolution for the issue.
I have had my brand registered listings up for several years, all of the sudden 2 of them have had the brand changed. I was told that I have to delete the listing and relist them as the brand can not be changed (which it was so how can they say that).
ASIN: B08TT17HT5 and B01AGZ7S4Y
They have always been listed as Brand: Wholesale Registers
Now: DAONEG and JNAB respectively
I have a case for the second one going right now (case: 17069786341) but I am afraid I will get the same answer.
Is there a way to change the brand back? I have seen other people ask moderators for help so I thought I would try that before I delete the listings and relist. It just doesn't seem that this will help stop the issue just kick it down the street until next time someone changes the "unchangeable" brand name.

If you have not already, please open a case in the same way you opened the other case.
