Could not verify business address
I’m hoping someone can help! I’ve been trying to register my brand for months and keep getting denied because they can’t verify my business/business address. The business address is the same as our home address.
I’ve reached out several times and have not received an answer on how to correct this issue. My latest case ID is 15973699841

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to help. Thank yo for the case ID which pointed me to your Brand Registry application. I do see that your most recent application is currently rejected and the specific reason is provided if you click on the red and underlined "Rejected," in your Brand Applications Dashboard on the Brand Registry site. A pop-up window will open with the reason and what to include on your appeal. You will need to click on the "Appeal," button in the action column which is also on your Brand Application dashboard to submit your appeal.
Please take a look at the Brand Registry application business information help page as this will provide even more info on the reason for rejection.
