Presuming you are send a small shipment, I would recommend using the partner carrier UPS which are known to have the best rates for shipping to amazon.
Once you agree to the charges, should be around £3 per box approximately, this will be billed to you through your amazon account usually funds from your account balance.
If using UPS, you will need to arrange collection from your home address which is free of charge. This can be done online through UPS website and the schedule a collection section, typing in the reference starting with 1Z....
On the UPS site you can pick the day of collections and estimated time.
