Ongoing issue with missing reviews for my ASINs on Amazon

For several weeks now, I have noticed a significant number of reviews are missing, which has adversely affected my business operations and conversion rates. After multiple contacts with Amazon Seller Support, I was informed that the reviews were "stuck in the backend" and were supposed to reflect within 72 hours post-refresh. Unfortunately, this change did not occur, and the absence of these reviews continues to impact my business.

I fully appreciate the complexity of managing such a large platform and the challenges that accompany it. However, the current level of support has been inadequate. Reflecting on the past, Amazon's customer service under Mr. Bezos was exemplary, and it is disappointing to experience this decline in service quality.
