Help with trying to ungate a brand

I just want to know, if im using an invoice from a distributor that has 10 quantity of the item/brand im trying to ungate, is it allowed for there to be other unrelated items in the invoice? Or does it strictly have to be just what im trying to ungate?

It&#39;s fine - but do note that ungating is not guaranteed.
