Amazon removed our product listing but we already have COI submitted
Our product listing has been deactivated with Amazon's new testing process implemented. However we have already obtained our COI through Eurofins and submitted it when it was initially required. I opened a case but need it escalated since it has been over 10 days since our listing has been deactivated. What are the best next steps to take to get attention from Amazon support team?
