Why is your account deactivated? If it was for section 3 or any type of ip complaint then by law Amazon can not return any funds or "counterfeit" products to you. You have to reactivate your account if you are able and clear the issues first.
As always post your deactivation notice with personal information removed for more help.

As mentioned by both @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx and @Seller_SgMqxs3wAEuSI, please provide your original deactivation notice so we can better understand what part of the section 3 policy was violated. This policy includes a rather large number of situations or scenarios, some require unique information to dispute, so once we have more information on your deactivation reason we can offer more guidance.
Regarding funds, you can review our funds withholding policy, depending on the situation after 90-days from the original deactivation you can email our teams to request your funds, however if there are more serious concerns, fund may not be eligible for release.
