My funds can't be transferred to my bank account!

i’m having this very big issue in which I can find solution anywhere. I’m a seller from Albania and on Amazon when I put a deposit method as soon as I click the bank is located in Albania. They suggest me use hyper wallet as the only way I can transfer my funds. I have opened an hyper Wallet account and now it’s supposed to be like this: Amazon and three days after I get an email from hyper wallet saying that the transfer has failed. They suggest me contact Support which I do and they haven’t give me any reasons why this transfer is failing for the second time.

After reviewed your account I notice case ending 8571 still under pending, they are currently working with internal teams in order to confirm the reason the transfer of the funds is not successful, at this moment, we would need to wait for their final resolution.
