how do I send a photograph to a customer to show them the product and ask if they still want to buy it?

how do I send a photograph to a customer to show them the product and ask if they still want to buy it?

You don’t. That’s pretty much against the rules and smells of trying to sell outside of Amazon.
What you can do, is to send them a link to the Amazon page, where you have the product listed.

Customer may actually be checking actual condition of a say a book for example. We get these now and again as stock image is loaded from Amazon/bookfile but usually lots of sellers with different conditions but same stock-file picture only showing. You can send via the attachment logo on the message screen if this is indeed what they are after.

If it’s a used product usually you can describe the condition for example there may be imperfections or slight damage around the corners. If the customer contacts you via Amazon messaging you can upload the image. You cannot contact the customer in the first instance because most of the fields are greyed out.

You can simply message them on Amazon adding the image as an attachment. We use it to send customers POD’s and other information they request.
