Please help with deactivated Account

Hello,

My account was deactivated, although my account has a healthy status with no policy violations.

I can't create new cases because the account is deactivated.

I would like to dispose/liquidate all of my inventory, so I can stop getting charged by Amazon. However, I can't do anything or contact Seller support because of the account deactivation. Could someone please assist?

Thanks-

No, it doesn't. You wouldn't be deactivated if so.

Hi @Lamp_Man,

Thank you for your post. In order to better assist, we would need some more information. When the account was deactivated, you would have received a performance notification stating the reason why. Please share this message here in the thread (with personal information removed).

You may be unable to submit an inventory removal depending on the nature of your deactivation. If this is the case, you will need to pursue reinstating the account before any removal orders can be submitted. The same thing would apply to creating cases to our Seller Support team.

For these reasons, I would recommend sharing the reason for your account deactivation so that we may better assist you.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy

Hello,

I AM REQUESTING AMAZON SELLER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE HELP ONLY.

Please forward to appropriate team for review/resolution.

This is to request my Seller account please be reactivated until all the existing inventory is disposed of or liquidated.

I’m not sure why the account got deactivated in the first place.

The account deactivation seems to have occurred after I created the removal/disposal orders and downgraded my account to an individual account, from the professional account.

It should be noted, I closed the listing prior to creating the removal orders. I would like to get rid of all the inventory at the Amazon warehouse and close my Seller account, as I keep getting charged by Amazon, despite all my efforts to remove all inventory and close my account.

Could someone please assist with this via a phone call? I was advised to create this post by an Amazon representative that contacted me after my first post, in the event the account still doesn't get reactivated (I have tried appealing already). I have followed all his steps and am now posting here again hoping for a call or email back to resolve this issue. Ultimately, I would like to close the account after all inventory is disposed of, as Amazon keeps charging me, but won't allow me to contact for support.

Thank You-
