Another seller sells on my listing EAN Code from gs1
Hello,
I have a problem with another seller.
I am an Amazon Privet Label seller but I have not yet registered the brand on Amazon. The documents have not been issued yet.
Our products have unique barcodes purchased from GS1.
Recently I saw another seller who sells one of our products on Amazon.fr, which is not normal because the product has a label made by us and implicitly the personal barcode.
What can I do to get our listing released?
Can I file a complaint? How can I solve this problem?

Nothing you can do if you’re not Brand registered on Amazon.

As others have said Amazon do nothing if someone jumps on your barcode. We’ve had sellers do it to us and even had customers disappointed with the product but Amazon don’t enforce barcode infringement.

We are already in the process of obtaining a Trademark for our Brand in EU and UK.
After obtaining it and registering in the Amazon Brand Registry, is it possible to avoid such sellers who are on our listings? Or is something else needed? Such as IP rights?
