Linked account deactivation reinstatement

Hi,

My account has been linked to my family friend's account because he logged in into his account from our home. Now his account is reinstated.

when I want to submit information about this to reactivate my account the correct option is:

I recognize the other account, but it does not belong to me. But from here I do not get the next step to tell them that account is reinstated. the other option is:

I recognize the other account, and it belongs to me. Now i can see the option to tell them that this o ther account is reinstated, but ITS NOT MY account. Hence I dont want to chose it.

please help me, what should i do here?

I see that you have questions about how to correctly appeal your deactivation after your family friend has gotten their account reinstated.

For your situation, I suggest to select "I recognize the account, but it doesn't belong to me". From there you can select "other" as none of the other selections apply. After that you can upload a document with an explanation that your family friend has gotten their account reinstated and when they were reinstated. The review team will validate this information, and if the other account has been reinstated, your account will be eligible for reinstatement.
