Does anyone else find it difficult to get any meaningful communication from customer service? They keep promising to email me, because they don't make phone calls. I've waited two weeks, with frequent chasing, but no messages at all.

Assuming you mean Seller Support - even if you do get a response, it will likely not make sense.

I find the whole seller support none existing, they cant provide any advise or answer any questions, so different to normal customer service when you buy from amazon.
