For one month still uploading MSDS File and Exemtpion Sheet for my item to be classified and this guy all the time giving the same answer: please provide SDS file. But I have provided all the time, for one month already same story and I don’t know how to solve this issue with this people who’s working there. I don’t know who’s working there but this is totaly a disaster , absolutly no support no any explanation no one have no idea what are they doing there.

Anyone know a solution ?
