Hi all,
Not sure where we stand on this.
Customer has bought an item from us and claimed that it was faulty.
The item was a £500.00 printer, we record the serial numbers of all the items we send and even send the customer at the point of shipment the serial number of the device to deter this, this on the most part has stopped this kind of return.
This customer has in a poor attempt ripped the serial number from the box, however failed to realise the serial number is also on the product.
They have also kept the cartridges from the printer and have also had the cheek to try and ask us for £40 for the return delivery, amazon have automatically refunded them.
Are amazon doing anything about this blatant abuse of returns and fraud.
Kindest Regards

you can open a safe-t claim if amazon issued the refunds
