I recently applied for Brand Registry, however I never received an email confirming it had been received or anything, and when I go into brand applications I can only see previous applications I had, nothing "pending" just nothing.

When I go into case logs I can see it, but it just says "answered", and when I click in it it just shows me a copy of the info I used to reply, no info from Amazon. (Case ID is 10105942212 if it helps).

I initially thought it may just not have went through, but when I attempt to apply again, it just says "The application for ****** is currently under review. (even though its not in my brand applications

I've looked at some other posts regarding brand registry and they've mentioned tagging Mods to help, so if anyone knows any feel free to tag them.

Any help would be really appreciated as I need it to solve a listing hijacking issue.
