We are the rights owner and brand owner of our product. The images we upload are our copyright and device clicked images . By best seller listing is targeted by rival fraud company. In our listing of total 9 image imah+ 2 videos we had 7 images and 2 videos photoshoot by us , edit by us and with our watermark . It was our v. Important best seller listing . 2 images showing size and and description text of product were reference images taken from Google googl. Which were easily available on Google google and are used by other sellers and Ecom sites. Amazon accepted infringement from the seller who stated it's their image without their watermark . Bcs of 2 reference images on 4th or 5th num of my catalog Amazon removed my whole listing . Despite of many appeals , LOA SUBMISSION, trademark submission, proof submission of our uploaded products. And even after removal of disputed image and replacing it from our watermark image my listing is not activated. LOA+trademark of my own brand+listing device mark+ invoice+ appeal all submitted but every time in 2 min without review getting same system generated mail. My best seller listings targeted by sellers and mapper and no Activation activation and help from Amazon Amazon wow 🥹🥹
