New "stranded inventory" glitch?
We do mostly FBA fulfillment, but in the past couple of days, we had 2 items that sold through MFN. In both cases, as soon as the sale appears, we also get a notification on the dashboard that there is stranded inventory for the listing of the item that sold. It is strange. The stranded reason shows as "Listing error" and the "fix error" option goes nowhere, it just tells us to contact support.
*Side glitch* when I go to the help tab to contact support, the page keeps refreshing and doesn't land anywhere. The tab just loops between a redirect and the amazon url continuously.
Has anyone faced either of these two problems lately?
