Customer is complaining they can not file a return in the order history tab
Hello, I am wondering what exactly is going on with a customer who is complaining they can not make an RMA in their order history on amazons website. I have been selling here for years and have never heard of this until now.
Customer is emailing me non stop saying I need to send them a label for a return (they bought an expensive electronics item from me)
I told them many times they need to follow the return instructions in their order history and they are telling me their order history wont let them process the return.
Is this a customer who returned so many products amazon wont let them return products any longer? I know that was a thing amazon recently did and I am not sending them a label. I have never had this issue before.
