I am writing to express my concern regarding an ongoing issue with my seller account that has not been resolved for over a month. My account health is in good standing, and I have received positive feedback from customers regarding my products. However, I continue to receive messages from your team stating that there is a violation related to my ASIN and product shipment, which is causing my account to be deactivated. According to your communication, the violation involves a total of 1,400 units, which is inaccurate. I have only shipped 200 units of my product.

Despite providing the correct information regarding my shipments, this issue persists. The email received from your team contains incorrect details, and I have repeatedly explained that the shipment was for only 200 units, not 1,400. Yet, the problem remains unresolved, and my account is still facing issues.
