I have been sending fba pallets shipments to Amazon for years. Looking down through the forums, I've been pretty fortunate as Amazon maybe loses a couple pieces per shipment at the most. This time around, they lost half of a box of our products. I wanted them to research it but they require a packing slip from the manufacturer? We manufacture our own products and sell them on Amazon. I have never had a packing slip on a pallet in the hundreds of shipments Ive sent to Amazon. We just print the pallet labels and have a bol, etc. So was there something that I missed that you're supposed to have packing slips for all of these shipments? I have never made one in 7 years. Once again, we manufacture our own products so we don't get it from anywhere else. Any insight? Thanks.
