Stranded Inventory: "inventory error" "listing error"
Hello,
I'm also having stranded inventory due to "inventory error". It shows a 100+ units available for FBA but the listing is Inactive(Out of Stock). It started as "inventory error" but when one of the techs tried to fix it, the stranded reason somehow changed to "listing error", but the inventory was still stranded. Well I reopened the case, the ultimate answer was to delete and relist the ASIN, which I've already done twice, once from a previous case, and again for the latest case. Both times unsuccessful ( also tried both ways, "add a product" manually and via upload flat file). Then the latest person I spoke to says that the listing shows that it's FBM on the backend. So I have to just change from FBA to FBM, back to FBA again. But it wouldn't let me change it to FBM cause of the available FBA inventory. Then if that didn't work his answer was to delete and relist again, and he was going to close the case as resolved with no further action that can be taken. But the issue hasn't been resolved. And I'm getting the same response to delete and relist but it doesn't work. Can someone please help me escalate this case to like an advanced team to actually go in there and fix the issue?

Weird I'm currently having the same issue with my ASIN.
I was also told to delete and relist, and I did everything they instructed me but it didn't help...
