Sudden loss of Buy Box across all DE & ES listings (FBA + FBM)

Since Saturday morning, 6 April 2025, every one of our offers on the German (DE) and Spanish (ES) marketplaces simultaneously lost the Buy Box / Featured Offer. This affects both FBA and seller‑fulfilled (FBM) listings.

Featured‑Offer % drop:

Germany: 15% ➜ 3%

Spain: 21% ➜ 1%

Active listings: Germany – 2,478, Spain – 2,438 (issue affects 100 % of offers)

Both DE and ES accounts show Healthy status with no policy violations or performance concerns; all metrics are comfortably within Amazon targets.

Has anyone experienced a sudden, marketplace‑wide Buy Box disappearance like this? If any Amazon moderator or @Seller_pXiU6IvYm8DUt team member is reading, could you please escalate Case ID 11095885922 to investigate the root cause?

As so often: There is NO right to the BuyBox and therefore Amazon cannot and will not communicate to you why you do not have a BuyBox for your offers. You can check obvious problems (account problems such as poor seller performance, shipment rates or product feedback or prices that are too high) yourself. Amazon will not communicate anything else to you and there are no instructions on how to get the BuyBox.

With so many products and the fact that you already had a low BuyBox rate before, I also suspect that you are not the only seller and that other sellers have the BuyBox. They probably have a better overall performance than you...

Same here. Accounts are healthy, no violations, but:

ENG: 27 -> 19%

GER: 80 -> 39%

SPA: 95 -> 80%

The rest stayed the same oder even went up a couple percent. All in all not as much as you've lost, but recognizable enough for us.

Same Issue here, we have virtually none anymore on 500k listings. I suspected at first that it had to do with the VTR thing, but then I see other people saying it also affects their FBA listings. So most likely is due to something else.

Seller support also keeps responding with the answer where no info can be provided.

In our DE store it got fixed after succesfully appealing a "no impact" customer product authenticity complaint. Maybe have a look into that.
