Deactivation and disabled marketplace sellers
Hi,
Why if this is the case did you 'Amazon' send me this e-mail notification (as pasted below) yesterday at 22.36 - Also I am quite happy for you Amazon to imply that 'I am stupid' and can't supply correct information to Amazon, the same information that I have provided every nine months, as this is how many times over the last two years I have provided verification. Why after 10 years of selling on amazon are you now saying 'I am not trustworthy or not of a good nature to sell on Amazon' - I either you put my selling activities back how they should be otherwise, my wife, who is an ex BBC journalist will speak to some of her friends with BBC breakfast and news regarding this and also other sellers you are doing to too, as noted on the seller forum. Perhaps then you may be able to put someone up for interview on the TV regarding how you treat honest sellers - I am happy to close my account but I want to know how and when you will pay existing funds to me? and if as you say I am not a trustworthy person and you cannot verify my banks details, how you will pay me?
Also on another note I received a War Pension and Service invaliding pension for injuries I suffered on service in the British Army during February 1991. I also have secondary progressive MS, for which I get PIP payments for.
So I think that this will also be another tag - 'Amazon treats disabled people as second rate marketplace sellers' -

You are not talking to Amazon on here, this is just the sellers forum. Raise a case with seller support or provide the information needed to re-verify your account.

You raise a very important point. When I first started selling on Amazon, I felt like the system treated me like a fool and a fraud from the very beginning. The account verification process with unclear requirements, adding products that take ages to change/fix and always “need approval”, the complete lack of support and protection when dealing with buyers when the customer is always right, even when they are not.
Amazon’s system seems to be created by someone who hates sellers and does everything in their power to make it harder for them to use the platform. The many published policies, presented as if they were designed to catch “incompetence”.
I sell wool home products, wool only. I don’t know how many times I have been forced to confirm that my products are battery-free and child safe or, for some reason, should only be used by adults.
Today I found a product policy compliance note regarding “Potential Misuse of Trademark Text (adidas)” with the warning “Listing at Risk of Removal”. After checking, it turned out that the Amazon system added a point to one of the wool products: "Adidas Sports Shoes With Studs"! There is no way to correct it. When I edit the offer, I do not find such information.
It seems again that the rule was applied: "When multiple sellers sell the same product through a single detail page, we combine and present the best product data to ensure customers get the best experience."
I am tired of looking for a way to remove the stupid addition added by the system.

I just had to confirm that a soap I sell doesn't contain batteries. Another product used normally on the skin has now become a large umbrella. I think that if AI must be used, it should be the best around and monitored properly, but when you report any issues, you get an email within 2 seconds gaslighting you.
